庄内クリエイティブテーブルレセプション
日本で唯一ユネスコ食文化創造都市に認定されている鶴岡市で行われた、欧州を中心としたミシュランガイド二つ星シェフや食分野のクリエーターらが食文化を学ぶ研修プログラム。レセプションパーティーの料理を中山と山フーズで制作しました。
Shonai Catering
A training program was held in Tsuruoka City,Yamagata the only city in Japan recognized as a UNESCO City for the Creation of Food Culture, for chefs from the two-star Michelin Guide and creators in the food field, mainly from Europe, to learn about Japanese local taste. Haruna Nakayama and Yama Foods created the dishes for the welcome party.
