2021年に新大久保駅にオープンした食の交流拠点 Kimchi,Durian,Cardamom,,,（K,D,C,,,）で、７月のマンスリートークレクチャーに登壇しました。「フードダイバーシティ」をテーマに「納豆を通して知る食のダイバーシティ」を全4回お話ししました。

Food Diversity through Natto

I was a speaker at the July Monthly Talk Lecture at Kimchi,Durian,Cardamom,,,(K,D,C,,) a food exchange center opening at Shin-Okubo Station in 2021. I gave a total of four lectures on the theme of “Food Diversity” and talked about “Food Diversity through Natto”.
