小沢朋子（モコメシ）とはじめたケータラー、料理家による冷凍のお惣菜販売サイト。
個々で活動している料理家やケータラーに日本全国の食材をつなぎ、家庭で気軽に楽しめるお惣菜に加工、冷凍でお届けするプロジェクトです。

catering for me! が始まったきっかけは、2020年春の新型ウィルスの自粛期間です。それまで「人が集まって食事を楽しむ場」を提供し続けてきた料理家やケータラーが活動の場を失う一方、私たちの料理に欠かせない食材の生産者も厳しい状況に追い込まれることになりました。このような状況下で、一期一会で出会った食材を使って料理をしたい、そして家で過ごす人たちに届けたいと考えるようになりました。

The reason why catering for me! Until then, chefs and caterers who had continued to provide “a place where people can gather and enjoy meals” lost their place of activity, while the producers of the ingredients indispensable for our cuisine were forced into a difficult situation. became. Under these circumstances, I came to think that I wanted to cook using ingredients that I met at once-in-a-lifetime chances, and to deliver them to people who spend their time at home.
