団地キッチン田島

「いえのあじを、まちのあじへ」

UR田島団地のよこに、ブリュアリーとカフェがついたシェアキッチンが誕生しました。シェアキッチンは惣菜、製菓製パンの衛生許可がついた開業支援型のレンタルキッチン2つ、ワークショップや料理教室、パーティーなどに貸し出しができるオープンキッチンの3つです。
こちらのサービスデザインや、イベントを通じたコミュニケーションデザインを担当しています。

Danchi Kitchen Tajima

A shared kitchen with a brewery and cafe was born next to the UR Tajima housing complex. There are 3 shared kitchens: 2 rental kitchens with sanitary permits for ready-made dishes and confectionery and bread, and an open kitchen that can be rented out for workshops, cooking classes, parties, etc.
I am in charge of service design and communication design through events.
